'Clean and comfortable house.'

'this is a lovely spot which would be spectacular with some TLC...it really needs some updating, some thorough cleaning, some trimming of shrubs etc and some kitchen organization.The front deck is wonderful and we enjoyed much time there. The home was easy to find and easy to access. Just needs some upgrading and TLC to make it a truly great VRBO!'

'Conveniently close to hwy, spacious but ad does not match the property. Cleanliness was not to expectations, bath towels were not fresh, amenities weren't all there (something as simple as garbage bags and dish towels) responsiveness was slow although friendly. It has such great potential if improvements are made.'

'We had a group of five staying here, and it was great to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our messages and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely look to book this house again, as it worked very well for our larger group and was conveniently located near the Barrie Ice Arena. Everyone had a great stay!'

'Clean. As described. Perfect for what we needed.There were people outside at neighboring houses in the evening (not loud just enjoying the evening). You could not hear them inside.Know that there is one set of steps to get to the main floor and another set of steps to get to the bedroom level. Great for most people but it would be hard for some.We would stay again.'
