« The host was great, sent us check-in information days in advance.Being less than 10 minutes from the square was so helpful as we made multiple trips down there during our stay.The house was clean, in great condition, and a lot of space. There is a huge backyard that my son loved running around in. Smart tvs in each room so we could log into our streaming accounts. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal you bring. « House was as advertised! The outside could use some curb appeal, grass needs to be cut! The home was a little older than the pictures convey but it was spacious and clean! Having access to a garage was a great bonus! Host was prompt with responses and communication was easy! »

« This place is okay. I think if it was painted off white and had neutral colors it would be more appealing. The furniture is old and could use upgrading. The oven quit working halfway through a birthday dinner I was cooking. It was fairly convenient to I-75. The bedroom I stayed in had about 6 colors. It would be a more pleasing environment with a little more care given to esthetics. »

« Host was very responsive, house was very comfortable master bed was very comfortable. Nice kitchen amenities. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. Security cameras as well. Close to everything you need. Nice spacious 3 bedroom house with big living room. With new washer and drying in good size laundry room. We stayed for 2 weeks while working here in GA. So glad I picked this place. »

« the property allows events however she did not have the price of guest allowed stated on the original post, and its 50 per person who comes in, and not at a time. she threatened to call the authorities because we had one friend come to the house and leave and then another came, only 3 people in the house. she tried to charge me for 8 people (600) and then 200 for cleaning because there was a couple of grocery bags of trash (she supplied ONE trash bag) and there were drinks in the refrigerator. »
