The rooms were clean but the staff really sucked they didn't know what the hell they were doin they booked me in a room gave me the card so I could open the door it would not open I walk back from the main hotel to the other one three different times to get help with gettingme into my room the gave me three different cards to let me in the room still couldn't get in. So I called for a manager for help I called and called for help each time I called they told me that I'd have to wait because of people were on there breaks so I waited and waited for someone to come so I waited in my pickup for almost two hours the manager finally shows up I couldn't get it to open there were two maintenance guys shows up they break the door open. There are two elderly people in there in there 80's probably scared to open the door for them! So they go a head and put me into the main part of the hotel they put me into room 120 the manager walk me down to the room and as we were coming up to the door a lady was coming out the door so that room was booked to I finally got into room 118 and got settled in for the night ruined my whole night of my plans.. I didn't once have a maid stop by to see If I needed anything. I wasn't able to bath or shower because I just had surgery on my hip I couldn't climb into the tub. So I had to spit bath my self. I soiled two hand towels and a washcloth. Needless to say they said that they had to throw out them and I had left the room a mess that I wouldn't get my 100
