« The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms and bed confortable. The restaurant is however the weak point of the establishment, whether for breakfast or the other meals. The menu was nice to read but the food was often disappointing. »

« I stayed at the Nera Hotel for two nights with my Partner. Having booked online and paid there was a confusion on check in concerning whether i had paid. The room was shabby with one of the shower doors missing, A towel rail was leaning against the wall, not attached. The ac was not working properly and we asked for it to be fixed to no avail.
