'Super nice place. Like one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. 10/10 on the actual unit and amenities. But. The communication with the company was a challenge. The confirmation email they send comes from a non-functioning email. The message function on Expedia isn’t answered in a timely manner. And they are completely inflexible with early check-ins.
