« Le petit déjeuner (inclus) est copieux et plutôt bon
Les chambres sont spacieuses
Il y a beaucoup de places de parking

Gros bémol: nous sommes restés 3 nuits et la chambre n’a pas été faite une seule fois. Apres la première nuit, on nous a...

« I would give a 5 if it wasn’t for the carpet in the room
Don’t understand why still in 2025 they do room with carpet, as it is so disgusting since they cannot be washed between clients. What kind of thing is accumulated down there !
But for the rest, the rooms and everything is very well kept and clean
The breakfast are decent
Easy parking, and good choices of restaurants near by
Not to far from the highway »

« The hotel needs a refresh. Small details like peeling wallpaper, dripping toilet, room doors that were not sealed so every sound came through. And it was very loud in the halls. The weekend breakfast was not good. Cold food that was supposed to be hot. The dining area was in a “bar” and there was as trash and junk spread all over and behind the bar. On arriving we were told there was tea and coffee. There was no plain black tea, I asked for some but no one could find any the three days we were...

« When we got to the hotel, the assistant manager told us the elevator isn’t working. It been out of order for about two or three months. He try putting us on the third floor. I told him we can’t do third floor. I’m in my sixty and my wife is handicapped. He told me let me check with housekeeping which I didn’t believe him. Then he said he has something on the second floor, that didn’t make it better. This was unacceptable. For this to be a brand new hotel it was not handicapped accessible and I...

« Nothing too bad here but a couple issues. The phone in my room didn't work. I alerted the staff and was told that someone would be by to look at it and nobody came. The TV didn't initially work either, someone came to work that out and got it "partially" working, but not fully working.
Also, front desk was not staffed other than at peak hours. A note to call a number was put at the front desk if you needed help, but this is an inconvenience because you have to wait for them to come and...
