The property is surrounded by a plot of about 2000 square meters with fruit trees, olive trees and cycads. The presence of fencing and a large access gate ensures guests privacy and allows you to enjoy the property with your four-legged friends. With a pleasant walk you can reach woods and small hill paths. Possibility of hiking and mountain biking, horseback riding on the trails. Ideal for those who love to regenerate in nature without giving up the proximity of the neighbouring tourist centres: only 7 km from the historical centre of Itri, a fortified village with a Norman castle and numerous testimonies of the Roman era; 8 km from Sperlonga with its characteristic historical centre, tourist port and sandy beaches; 17 km from Gaeta with its monuments, the Park of Monte Orlando with its Bourbon military strongholds, churches and splendid beaches; in the pizzerias and restaurants of the tourist centres you can taste typical specialities, above all based on fish, with fine wines and national and foreign beers.
