CC from my recent message to Expedia:
You are informed that the hotel we reserved was a fraud.
We checked in and out immediately, as the room was nothing remotedly similar to what was advertised.
The employee admitted he has such complaints every single time, and we avoided any further argument since there is no refunding. Yet, we preferred to leave immediately than negotiate any room change.
Please review your policy of no refund for this property, and remove it from your lists. It is a fraud. We can send you photos to compare to advertisement for yourself.
We hope there is some hope for refund - they said no refund because reservation money goes through expedia, so you are involved in this situation as well.
