Un hôtel 5 étoiles mais une gestion de 3 étoiles
Piscine spa froide . Après le passage de femme de ménage le sol est noir .pas de bouteille d eau, j ai réclamé Après un monsieur frappa à la porte il me les a donnés. Bord de piscine non entretenu. PERSONNELS De SPA ont refusé de laisser ma femme à accéder au hammam après 1 heure ils ont accepté. Bref hôtel Top mais très mauvaise gestion. On dirait pas que c est le groupe accor

Dåligt hotell
Var på konferens o bodde här 5 nätter. Jag o mina kollegor och även andra på konferensen var överens att det här var ett dåligt hotell. Exempel -mitt rum hade 1 hängare (för alla skjortor o kostymer), ingen strykbräda, ingen stol vid skrivbordet, rummet städas inte eller dåligt, TV satt snett framför sängen, man behövde påminna om att fylla på toapapper och det luktade rök.

not good hotel before few years was hotel better
I didn't like the hotel at all. It does not deserve to be a 5-star hotel. The bed was old and my back hurt in the morning. I told the workers there, but nothing changed, and it was not clean 4 years ago. The hotel was wonderful, better and clean, and there was a Turkish girl working at the reception. She was rude and not polite. She did not smile and she wasent smile and did not receive customers with a smile in the morning like the Turks pepole in general do not smile. I did not like this behaviour I left the Mercure Hotel before my scheduled departure time and booked a new reservation in another five-star hotel, and I went to the St. Regis Hotel in Nisantasi, and there is much better service and excellent. The staff at St. Regis are very helpful, polite and kind you can check that I been at st.regis hotel I enjoy my stay there ... thanks ! e.ziad

Maalesef li Türk lere ilgi azdı. Tamamen yabancı odaklı bir otel. Otopark ücreti 150 tl alınması da hiç hoş değil di çünkü bize ücretli olduğu söylenmedi. Vale hizmeti yok otoparka park edin denildi ama ücret alınıyor. Kahvaltı da çok zayıftı

Mercure BOMONTİ HOTEL Ailesi olarak tüm misafirlere aynı yaklaşımda bulunduğumuzu belirtmek isteriz. Kiseye farklı tavırlarda bulunmamaktayız.Kahvaltı ile ilgilide gerekli uyarılarda bulunacagız. Sizleri tekrar aramızda görmek dileriz.
