un etabilssement que je ne conseil a personne. le systeme de climatiseur et chauffage est centrale, toutes les chambres sont au meme temperature, 27 degre en tout temps, impossible de dormir, je me suis plaint a la reception mais ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire puisque le chauffage est central et qu'il faut laisser fenetres ouverte. le bruit de l'exterieur m'empechait de dormir. finalement une tres mauvaise experience.

Bonjour , arrivé a l’hôtel dit 5 étoiles aucune réservation trouver ensuite un manager arrive et nous donne une chambre non conforme à ma réservation le lendemain nous changeons de chambre et pas plus mal que se que nous a vendu le site je ne recommande pas seul point positif la vue !! Service room qui fait des économies sur tout . Et à plusieurs reprise nous avons appelé pour des serviettes ,chaussons, papier toilette ect… je m’arrête la même si il y a des choses à dire

Oui mais….
Très bon hôtel bien situé sur le côté Asiatique, restaurant disposant d’une carte diversifiée à des prix très raisonnables. Si seulement le ménage des chambres était fait correctement j’aurais mis un 10 sur 10. Mais je le recommande vivement. (Les chambres donnant sur la façade avant permettent une vue splendide)

Chambre confortable et spacieuse, le ménage est fait impeccablement tous les jours. La situation et la vue du bord de mer est idéale. Le personnel est aimable, mais on ne peut pas dire que l'accueil est chaleureux. Tous les matins le personnel de service a ouvert la porte alors que nous étions encore dans la chambre... ne pas oublier d'activer le signal lumineux "ne pas déranger"

Très bon hôtel que je recommande à tous.
J'ai passé 10 jours dans cet hôtel avec mon épouse et mes filles. Nous avons aussi très satisfait de l'accueil et de la serviabilité de tous les personnels, de la propreté des locaux et des services offerts par l'hôtel, à savoir : spa, piscines intérieure et extérieure qui sont très agréables, nos deux chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables. Pour poursuivre, nous nous sommes déplacés en taxi pour nous rendre dans les centres commerciaux, à l'embarcadère pour les îles des Princes qui se trouvent à 10/15 minutes de l'hôtel et pour aller à Ushkudar; nous avons pris aussi le métro à 10 minutes à pied de l'hôtel et qui permet de rejoindre l'Istanbul historique en 1/2 heures. Pour finir, je recommande cet hôtel à tous en raison de son très bon rapport qualité-prix.

This was a fantastic place everything was so clean everybody was so attentive rooms are nice. Just across from he street from the sea. Only about ten blocks from the train/metro and another ten from streets lined with restaurants and shops. There were grocery shops every block or so along with fresh markets.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel in Istanbul war leider enttäuschend. Das Badezimmer war in einem unhygienischen Zustand, insbesondere der Geruch im Klo waren unerträglich. Das Fenster war defekt und konnte nur gekippt werden, was den Lärm von draußen nicht minderte. Es war auch sehr laut im Hotel, man konnte alles hören. Zusätzlich hatten wir Probleme mit der Wasserversorgung. Weder konnten wir die Toilette spülen noch duschen. Das Bett musste ausgetauscht werden, da es Haare enthielt. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde das Bett ausgetauscht, aber insgesamt war der Service nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Essen war nichts Besonderes und die Preise waren überhöht. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung würde ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

On March 2, there was a water shortage in our hotel for a few hours due to us. We sincerily apologize for the victimisation caused by our side.
