2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Tidewater H301 is a top-floor end unit in one of Wild Dunes’ most beloved oceanfront communities — and the combination of the screened-in porch and the crow’s nest deck gives guests ocean views from multiple vantage points that are genuinely hard to beat. Walk the beach in the mornings, finish the day listening to the waves from the porch, and wake up to a sunrise that guests say makes the whole stay worth it. Clean, cozy, exactly as photographed.

The Tidewater oceanfront pool is right there, the beach is easy access, and the whole experience is peaceful, private, and exactly what a great IOP escape should be.

Tidewater H301 guests have exclusive access to the Tidewater oceanfront community pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

🏋️ Fitness

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.
