Centrally located in the beach front community of Wild Dunes this spacious 1500 sq. ft. home is nestled in the trees and is a short walk to the beach. If you are looking to keep close to everything in Wild Dunes, we are your place!
Wild Dunes Resort is no longer offering their Sportscard for access to resort pools for our guests. Guests will still have access to golf and tennis (fees are extra). Regardless, we offer beach towels, beach chairs/toys, and a beach wagon for our guests to use at the beach.
This home away from home features an open living space with dining area, kitchen, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, enclosed sunroom & open deck. The home has been updated and is decorated in cool coastal colors throughout.
The living room and dining room (table for six) looks out to the fabulous sun room. This spacious area offers 50" flat screen HD/Roku TV.
The Master Bedroom offers a recently remodeled bathroom (see picture), queen size bed, 40" HD/Roku TV and opens to a spacious & bright sunroom.
The other additional bedrooms share a second bath. One guest room features twin/full/twin trundle bed. The additional twin bed is stored underneath the lower bed (full) that is rolls out for anyone to use. A great addition if visiting with children! The other guest room features queen size bed, 24"HD/Roku TV, and opens to an outside deck that leads down to the secluded yard. All beds have luxury 400 count cotton sheets.
The galley-style kitchen offers all the utensils, new appliances, and entertaining pieces a chef could ask for! We even have a turkey roaster for guest to use during the holidays.
The all-season sunroom runs across the back of the home and provides a wicker dining table for four and the seating area has a cozy couch and two armchairs. This spacious area offers 50" flat screen HD/Roku TV. Perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails with friends while relaxing in the serene setting that is the Twin Oaks neighborhood!
The home also features High speed internet/WIFI/Xfinity cable TV/Roku and gas grill on our new patio located below the back stairs.
This popular spot of Isle of Palms affords great relaxation for families of all ages. Whether relaxing on the beach, enjoying cocktails at the Grand Pavilion, or walking the resort trails, there is something for everyone! Absolutely no pets are allowed both in our home or on the property. (MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).
