PLEASE NOTE: This house is rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis during the Summer months. No Smoking. No Pets allowed. Only 2 Car Passes per property. Pool is not heated in the off season, so it is too cold to swim Nov-Mar. (MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).
