The Space:

Designed as a duplex for 4 people (2 double beds)



Upper Floor: Private bedroom with incredible ocean views when you wake up.

Terrace: An intimate corner for reading or relaxing.



Exterior: Access to the large semi-Olympic pool surrounded by lounge chairs, hammocks, and a barbecue grill for your cookouts.



Important: Access to the property requires climbing stairs.

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Isla Mujeres, a jewel of the Mexican Caribbean, is famous for its crystal-clear waters, white sand beaches and relaxed atmosphere. Just 7 km long, this charming island offers a more intimate and peaceful experience compared to other tourist destinations. It is known for its rich marine life, including the MUSA (Underwater Museum of Art) and the chance to swim with whale sharks. The center of the island, with its colorful streets and local shops, invites you to explore Mexican culture and gastronomy. Isla Mujeres is an ideal destination for those seeking natural beauty, history and an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.



The villas are located in a quiet area of the island, situated in the south zone on the open sea side, just 90 meters from the beach! Although it faces the open sea, the water is usually very calm.



However, since the area is currently under development, you may experience some construction noise from neighboring properties.



Getting Around:

Golf Cart: This is one of the most popular and fun ways to explore the island. You can rent a golf cart and easily navigate the streets of Isla Mujeres. It's ideal for small groups and allows you to explore at your own pace.



Bicycles: Another eco-friendly and relaxing option is to rent bicycles. The island is small enough to explore by bike and enjoy the sea breeze as you move around.



Motorcycle: Renting a motorcycle is another popular option. It provides more mobility and speed to explore the island, but be sure to follow all safety rules and wear a helmet.



Taxi: In Isla Mujeres, you'll also find available taxis. They are a comfortable option if you prefer not to drive and want to quickly reach your destination.



Public Transportation: The island has a public transportation system in the form of small trucks called "colectivos." They are an economical option, but keep in mind that they may be more crowded and less regular than other means of transportation.



On Foot: Many attractions, restaurants, and beaches are within walking distance. Walking is an excellent way to explore and immerse yourself in local life.



Shared Golf Carts: Some areas of Isla Mujeres have shared golf carts similar to taxis that can take you to your destination for a reasonable fee.



For those arriving by air, Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the closest. From there, you can take a taxi, pre-booked shuttle, or the ADO bus to the Ultramar ferry terminal in Puerto Juarez. The ferry to Isla Mujeres is a short and scenic ride. Once on the island, the villa is conveniently located, making it easy to access beaches, restaurants, and attractions.



Other Things to Note:

At the moment, one of the houses in the condominium is being remodeled, so construction noise can also be heard inside the condominium.



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.

For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
