We've Stayed Here Several Times

This place keeps improving. We have stayed here different times since 2022. It is so convenient when entertaining out of town guests in Iowa Park. Much of the family can come over and visit. And our out of towners can stay over night and have their own space.

Overall, not clean. Broken table could not use. I was issued a refund thank goodness it took a couple of tries, but I finally got my total amount back. Misrepresentation of quality housing.

Upon entering the condo it was a couple in the house “saying that they were there to replace an air filter and they said they were trying to be out before we arrived” and they hurried up and left before I could say anything or ask any questions. It was a very file order all threw out the house, crumb's on the furniture, and on the kitchen table, could not close the bathroom doors and if you got it to close it sounded like the henges were broken or something, also you could smell bug spray like the house was infested. The smell was so bad even the kids were complaining about how bad it was and that they didn’t want to stay there and neither did I. We left and never returned, a very unsatisfied customer. Respectfully submitted, Modess Nesbit
