« The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. »

« Charlotte’s villa is ideally located for enjoying the amenities available in The Villages. The Turtle Mound executive golf course and St. James pool are only a five-minute ride away in the golf cart that she provides to guests. « I would highly recommend this property to others looking for a vacation rental in The Villages. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It was spotless when we arrived and exactly as advertised on the VRBO site. Our guest passes were waiting for us so we were able to avail of the amenities immediately. Golf cart was also ready to roll. The host is very helpful and responded to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. Do not hesitate to book here! »

« This home was more than we imagined it to be. So large, clean, and beautiful. The neighbors were all so kind. The pool just a short walk away (maybe a block?) Because Homosassa is a fisherman's paradise, we were elated to discover a local restaurant called the Marguerita Grill just a couple miles away that prepares your catch at no cost! The men in our group fished with Captain Michael Rozanski of Eagle Charters in Chassahowitzka. He is fantastic! We can't wait to come back! »

« The property itself is very nice and roomy. Everything worked, except for a couple of burnt out lightbulbs, which was minor. The house was very clean, which is extremely important, my wife was very happy with that. The hot tub gets nice and warm, once you figure out the system. The Wifi was strong, but only the password is given to you, the name of the Wifi isn't in the binder in the house, and when you look there are quite a few possible Wifi networks.
