Inside, there is a large open plan kitchen/living and dining space, with all areas feeling separate enough that you can spread out with ease. The kitchen is well stocked with added bonuses such as a dishwasher and microwave. The lounge has seating for 8, as well as a 65inch flat screen smart television.
Walk in the front door of this 3-bedroom property and you have the first bedroom equipped with a Queen-sized bed, followed by a separate lounge room with a full-size TV and comfy couches. Moving through the house you are welcomed by an open plan kitchen, dining, living room with plenty of room to move and big windows giving you full view of the garden and BBQ area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge and walk in pantry. There is also a coffee pod machine for the coffee lovers.

Branching off from the dining to the right you will find the other two bedrooms, both with Queen size beds and the furthest bedroom has a flat screen tv. To the left of the dining room are the laundry and bathroom. The bathroom includes a bath with a spa, and toilet the toilet is separate.
The property is fully fenced to keep your pets secure and has plenty of space to relax under the outdoor area with outside table/chairs and Weber BBQ.
