« The property was exactly as described and seen online. Very clean.So easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Location amazing. Very quiet except for the train that runs regularly. The host did not communicate well. I had to initiate the message about entry and then there were no directions on exiting. « Bobby is a great host very accommodating and quick to respond. The house was exactly what we had hoped for fully stocked with essentials and very clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Also, the home is very well decorated and has a really nice backyard and Florida room for relaxing. Close to beaches for convenience, but you may want to bring beach towels, as there are only 2 at the house. Beach chairs, boogie board, skim board, beach umbrella and sand toys made the beach so much more fun...

« The home is just as presented in photos and descriptions. Really great place for larger groups, we had 5 adults with room to spare. One bedroom is updated to regular bed instead of sofa bed which was a good thing because nobody wants to sleep on a sofa bed! Communication with Carrington was fantastic, he even made an appointment to stop by and meet us and answered further questions regarding hot tub, etc. The kitchen is outfitted with any and every appliance ever needed. « Absolutely perfect place if you’re looking for a spot to just kick back and relax. House is immaculately kept and beautifully decorated. Pool and outside grounds are wonderful. Pool was 91 every day. The 15 day rate for heat was a bargain. Stayed here for 10 days to get some downtime and it really hit the mark. Close to shopping, restaurants and Hutchinson Island beaches.
