The location of this house was so perfect. Just 12 minutes from the downtown for a concert. The house itself was well maintained, very clean inside, had everything we needed, and the garage was convenient. Property owner communicated clearly and quickly. As noted by the owner, the house is in a neighborhood that looks pretty rough depending on where you look. But we felt safe and it was quiet. In the alley behind the house there were many broken liquor bottles including right under the garage opener panel. We were properly warned about the potholes and big bumps in the alley but I got through just fine with our large SUV.I would sit here again because of the convenient location and the house itself was fantastic.

Perfect for mom/daughter weekend

Stayed here for the weekend with my best friend and our teenage daughters. Super cute, comfortable house! Having the half bath in addition to the full bath was so nice! The host was very responsive and kind. Short drive to downtown Indy and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Loved it!

Very nice listing!

Stayed here with my Partner and our dog for the night on our cross country move, it was perfect for what we needed, super close to the interstate and check-in was a breeze. Definitely recommend!

Just as described

Our stay was short, but we really enjoyed the house. The neighborhood was a little concerning. There was trash all over the ally behind the garage. Security was great though, so we felt very safe.

Marching Band Nationals

We enjoyed our very short stay. The location was great. The neighborhood looks like it’s up and coming. The house right across the street peaked my children’s interest, they had never seen a burned house.The neighbors were very nice, a dog was barking at us and it’s owner apologized and tried to calm it.The house itself was cute and perfect for our family. The only thing I saw and wanted to clean were Cobb webs.

Cute and convenient Indy home

The house was very clean and comfortable for our overnight stay to visit my son who recently moved to Indy. Will definitely stay here again if it is available when we come back for another visit. Very close to lots of great restaurants and shops in Fountain Square.

Great little place to stay!

Stayed here with my sisters and niece to see Taylor Swift at Lucas Oil Stadium. Such a great place for a great price and was very close to where we needed to be!

Swim stay for Master's swim meet and Olympic swim trials in Indy.

The outside and inside of the house are adorable. The house is very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great for us. The neighborhood is slowly getting remodeled and we did park in the garage. Very quiet neighborhood with no issues. We would definitely stay there again. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. Loved the interior. Very comfortable. There was 3 of us.

Overnight in Indy with Family

Quick overnight stay with 2 kids (3 and 5 year olds) in Indy. Place was clean, directions were easy. Not the greatest neighborhood, but we knew that going into it.

Cute, clean, and comfortable!

Stayed here during our trip to the Indy 500. It was well stocked, slept 5 adults comfortably, and had quick access to downtown. Jacqueline was super friendly and very responsive with all communication. Everything was as described. I wish all Vrbo experiences could be as seamless as this one was :) Thank you!

Great Stay

The house was perfect for a short stay. We visited for a concert and it was a great location close to the stadium. Place was clean and well kept. the host was very responsive with helping with an early check in. Will stay here again.

Great house for Conventions

This was a solid home base for our time working a convention. Host was very responsive and supportive for our stay. Place was well kept and clean. Neighborhood was a little run down but we didn't have any problems other than occasionally trying to find parking in the street out front. The backstreet was incredibly bumpy but we had an SUV so it was no problem. Would stay here again!

Bowling tournament trip

I loved Cindy as a host. She thought of everything including treats for the dogs. The house is well equipped with the little things you don't think about or want to go out and buy just for a few days. The house was clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay again if I'm ever in that area again.

Very neat

We selected this house because the pictures were great and the price was good. The host always responded within a few hours of messaging and was very helpful with all my concerns! I say this place was very neat because it was extremely clean but also super trendy. The decor has made me want to redo things in my own home! So cool. Whenever we make it back to Indiana we will definitely look up Cindy again. Thank you again (for the 100th time)!

Great House and Great Host

The house is nice, was really clean, and set up for a great stay. stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, which is nice when traveling with children. The host was very responsive and helpful!
