Unauthorized Pets - $250.00 plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred

Noise Complaints - potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00

Party in Unit or Common Area (including backyard) - Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Hosted By The Webers

Lost or forgotten items. $40 handling fee plus cost of shipping.

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests (including infants under 2 years old). A $50 charge per guest over the maximum number of guests will be incurred.

By confirming your booking, you agree to sign a Rental Agreement prior to your stay. This agreement outlines the full terms and conditions of your reservation, including but not limited to the following:

Occupancy Limits: Maximum of 12 guests at any time. No unapproved visitors.
No Parties or Events: Strictly enforced. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Must be respected at all times.
Parking: Only 1 vehicle parking spot in the apartment lot. Street parking available.
Pets: Absolutely no pets allowed.
Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in additional fees and possible eviction.
Check-In / Check-Out: Must adhere to scheduled times. Unauthorized late check-out will incur hourly fees.
Guest Responsibility: The booking guest is fully responsible for all individuals on the property and any damages, violations, or incidents that occur during the stay.

Failure to comply with any terms of the Rental Agreement or House Rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund, as well as additional fees.
