The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. There was an issue with the heat not working, but the host responded promptly and space heaters helped keep the house warm enough. I chalked it up to a change in season glitch. I appreciated the checkout process not having a list of required chores. There isn't much retail or restaurants in the immediate area, but there is a park and basketball court directly across from the house.

The place was great - clean, had everything we needed, and large enough to fit an entire family. Only downside was the location of the property is a bit sketchy. The privacy fence and other measures help - somewhere I’d recommend for adults but maybe not for small children

This property was almost good. While it is updated, the pictures were misleading & the layout was strange. The first space you walk into is odd as the focal point is a large garbage can & dryer (no washer). It might be a mudroom but there isn’t anywhere to hang anything. It might make a better first impression if the garbage was outside & the dryer was behind a privacy screen. The kitchen/bathrooms were updated, but the door wouldn’t close on 1 bathroom & the other was in the kitchen. The kitchen was so overcrowded w/furniture that it felt claustrophobic. A large dining table was pushed into a corner so it was mostly unusable. (It would make much more sense in the 1st space w/a welcoming vase of flowers where there’s enough space for everyone to actually sit down.) The living room is overly crowded too w/an enormous couch which blocks part of the entrance. Plus the position of the tv cabinet blocks the entrance to a bedroom if you have the cabinet open to watch tv. But it doesn’t matter because nobody should try to sleep in that bed anyway. I don’t know if it’s just old or broken but it swallows you up! The best beds were actually upstairs but you hit your head trying to get up there. It would be much better if the broken bed got thrown out/replaced w/the bed in the loft since you hit your head getting in/out of bed due to the upstairs angled ceiling. That space would make such a cool game room instead. Then the weird game space downstairs can be an office. So, almost good!

Comfortable stay

Stay was good although the master bedroom with the desk, the mattress is really bad and super uncomfortable. Upstairs it does get warm But it was good for our stay and we were able to make it work.

We had a great time! Easy to check in and out. Peaceful at night. Having a fenced in property felt safe and cozy. Ac worked great. Beds were comfy. Tv worked. Overall one of the better stays I’ve had. Thank you !

Conveniently located

We appreciated the fact that the property was conveniently located off the highway and near several attractions. Although the overall stay was quiet, the sleeping arrangements were less than desirable for adults.

Convenient to Downtown

A very clean, cozy older house with updated kitchen, baths and laundry. Quiet neighborhood. This met the needs of four guests very well. Close to downtown food and drink, Lucas Oil Stadium and Convention Center. Lyft/Uber had no problem finding us for picking up and dropping off. Next time in Indy, I hope this property is available.

Perfect for our needs!

We were a group of 5 people in town for a convention, and this home was exactly what we needed! 10 minutes away from the convention center, close to the airport, near grocery stores for us to stock the fridge. The home is well maintained, clean, and comfortable! Each of us had our own bedroom, and the common areas were perfectly usable and cozy. At one time we had four cars parked in the fenced-in parking, and had ample room. If we return again, we'll defintely consider rebooking this home again!

Had everything we needed

Nicely remodeled. Bathrooms were clean. Nice, big driveway inside the fence (could likely fit 6 cars?). Two beds upstairs but room for one or two more beds (or air mattresses?). Didn't use the front porch cuz it was too hot and looked like work-in-progress. A/C kept us plenty cool. Didn't have any problems.

Hot water runs out easily

The hosts were very tentative unfortunately, the hot water only lasted a half of a shower, not even a full shower! There’s a park right next-door, which is awesome. It’s a pretty big place.! And the alarm kept constantly going off saying broken glass smoking no glass was broken. I dropped my phone and nobody was smoking so it’s way too sensitive.
