Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units are direct ocean front. Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf corner unit condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the fifth floor. Great views of the rocket launches and cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral. This beach front condo complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. There is covered and open parking. And on the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. Linens and towels are provided. TVs are in the living room, master bedroom, and guest room. Content is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room has two twin beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The complex also has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grill, and a car wash area. Conveniently located near Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, and many restaurants. Beach chairs (2), an umbrella and beach towels provided.


We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and American Airlines.

Perfect for Beach Goers

This was the first time that my youngest has ever seen the ocean. What better than a condo right on the beach! We all enjoyed a relaxing few days at beach and pool. Condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed to make this a stress free vacation.

We went for a Long weekend getaway for spring break with two teenage girls. We had a very nice time the condo was beautiful and clean. I also appreciate being given extra trash bags, laundry soap, etc. Wendy in the office is super nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.!

Enjoyed condo . Better than staying in hotel. Don’t let the outside frighten you away. The inside of 501 was very spacious with cute decor. Family of four with two tweens. Kitchen was good. Beds were comfortable. Master bathroom was very nice and spacious. Like having washer/dryer. Covered balcony was very nice and relaxing listening to the waves. The pool was very fun. It’s a quiet secluded area. Having beach chairs and umbrella was bonus. Nice not having to deal with loud crowds . Location perfect for us. Access to plenty of food and entertainment options. We will definitely come back.

Unbeatable location at the right price point

The property only deserves a 3-star rating because the King-size mattress in the Master Bedroom was worn out and uncomfortable, and squeaked getting in and out. I was forced to sleep on a twin-size bed in the second bedroom for multiple nights, and my wife slept on the living room leather couch for one night. The linens and bedspread (really a light blanket) were the opposite of premium quality on our other Vrbo stays. Patio furniture cushions on the balcony were similarly worn out. One could feel the pipe furniture backing and seat. Not ideal. On the plus side, the kitchen was full of useful serving ware and cooking ware as well as an ample amount of towels - more than we have seen anywhere else. We were pleased with the in-unit Washer and Dryer, beach chairs, and umbrella all of which came in handy. For the price, the location cannot be beaten.

Family Beach Vacation

Pros: Beautiful view, clean apartment, easy check-in, good location, nice pool and beach. Cons: suggested some minor changes to the apartment, such as making the check out a little bit easier, and using better shower curtain rings so the shower curtain doesn't keep falling off. In general, we really enjoyed our stay, and we were happy with the condo. There was a review that mentioned "worm rock" on the beach, but we didn't notice any in front of this condo complex. We were in the ocean several times during our stay, right in front of the condo complex, and never saw any worm rock in that location. However, a few blocks down we did notice the worm rock in the ocean and near the beach. The area is quiet and the beach access is quick and easy, with very few people there. Much quieter, less busy, less "touristy" than Cocoa Beach. Many stores within a quick 1 mile drive. We would be happy to stay here again!

Spacious and comfortable!

Our family enjoyed this well designed vacation playhouse with all the wonderful amenities it provided! Two large sliders opened to a gorgeous ocean view, which made the morning coffee time even more special!!! I recommend this to anyone looking for lots of room and beautiful views!

The condo itself is great - and the pool was great for the kids. The beach is nice - but, right in front of the condo and for miles south and north, there is worm rock - a rock shelf that is thick and extends up and down the beach. We didn't know it was there until my husband cut himself on the rock and low tide came in. Too dangerous to boogie board for fear of falling and hitting one's head or knee!

Great experience

We traveled with our family of 6 to Florida. The kids wanted to find a place with beach access. We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our evening swims in the pool. Having a washer and dryer available made life easier because we didn’t have to waste a portion of our day doing laundry at a laundromat. We had more time to play and enjoy the serenity of the beach. Our original request for the property was denied. Shortly after receiving the denial, Lynn & Cindy sent an email stating that another unit was available. We were thrilled. Lynn & Cindy were very helpful in arranging our stay. Thank you.
