This unit sleeps 4 in beds. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 as we can provide an air mattress. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf corner unit condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the second floor. This beach front condo complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. There is covered and open parking. And on the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. Linens and towels are provided.  TVs are in the living room, master bedroom, and guest room. Content is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room has two single beds. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The complex also has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. Beach chairs (2), beach towels and an umbrella are provided.


We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and US Airways.

Wonderful place to unwind

Beautiful Location

We truly enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. This was a great location for our family. Only challenge was the rocks in the water that were not in anyone's control. My family is used to being in water all the time and the rocks made that difficult. We enjoyed the pool as a backup plan.

Awesome!

We were only in this unit for 4 nights and were not ready to leave! Beautiful view, nice pool, shuffleboard!, place to wash your car and covered parking. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the sunrises and just hanging out on the balcony soaking up the ocean view. The pool is heated. Great place for beach walks. Didn't find a restaurant we liked to walk to but there are plenty of them by car. The kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay here again for a longer time to explore the area more.

Just the right amount of peace!

You can’t get any closer to the beach! We stayed for three nights and enjoyed our stay. The condo itself is as described, very clean, comfortable, great location, well stocked and easy to get to. The outside of the entire building looks ok, it’s not the most modern looking building in the area and could use some sprucing up but it wasn’t anything that would have made me choose to go somewhere else. The location is excellent, you are close to anything and everything you could want or need and the staff are friendly and they respond quickly to your requests.

Very Nice Condo

This is a very nice condo. It is super clean. It is on the 2nd floor and the balconey is literally a stones throw from the ocean. The condo is spacious, kitchen had everything we needed, batrooms are clean, beds were comfortable. They also have ample cable/streaming services for those rainy days that we unfortunately experienced. I highly recommend this condo. Also, we saw a night launch from Cape Canaveral. It was spectacular! This unit is situated perfectly for viewing launces from CC.

Condo was great! Great views from inside and on balcony. We were able to watch dolphins and sea turtles from the condo. The beach is not crowded at all. Communication with the owners was great.

I’ve stayed at a few Vrbo spots throughout the years, and this one is my favorite accommodations! The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. The entire condo was clean, bright and beautiful, and it’s a great layout with the laundry room immediately upon entry and divided bathrooms/bedrooms. The city is also beautiful and full of all grocery and restaurant needs within a short radius (typically less than 5 minutes)! Do research on the beach itself (I didn’t) - it has coquina rocks close to the shoreline, which makes it atypical from most tourist beaches. Surfers seem to have no issues, and enjoying the sand and multitude of shells are all great! The best part is the view and hearing the waves - whether inside or sitting out on the patio. My family and I had a wonderful time.
