« Absolutely perfect beachside bed and breakfast. I’ve stayed at many in Florida and across the US and this is at the top of my list. Perfect location, excellent decor and appointments in the rooms, clean…and the owners are personable and involved. And a great breakfast. I will definitely be back. »

« The room was nice. The screened in porch overlooking the backyard and river was great, as it allowed us to spend all our time outside, if not sitting down by the river. Shower hot with great pressure. Sitting down by the river was a great experience. The pool was clean and a perfect temp for swimming. « IF YOU'RE READING THIS.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The place is old, dilapidated, full of bugs, and reeks of mold, old sewer, cats which their are 4, stale opened cans of cat food, and cat piss. I initially rented the room for 2 days in a pinch and the cheap price caught my eye,and although the 1st 2 days were unbearable I wasn't able to find anywhere else affordable before the 2 days were up but anywhere else would had been better. I was propositioned to rent the room for a month at 550 which...

« The location in old cocoa village is excellent, the B&B staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. The historic building is very charming. At the end of the day you can sip wine on the back deck. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it. »
