First, breakfast had to be included. Second, the location needed to be central. Third, I was looking for a place with historical charm, because to me Florence means history, art, and culture. And finally, I wanted outstanding service from the hotel team. I was completely satisfied on all four points, and even beyond, especially when it comes to cleanliness. The breakfast was perfect and generous, the atmosphere calm and peaceful, a true haven right in the heart of the city. The property itself is full of charm and elegance. And what can I say about the staff? Welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They supported me in organizing my stay from A to Z, always with kindness and professionalism. Thank you for making my time in Florence truly unforgettable. I will absolutely recommend this hotel and hope to return very soon."

"Todo perfecto!! El servicio, el desayuno, la ubicación. Nos dieron una habitación que da al callejón Via dei Biffi por lo que nuestras mañanas empezaron en una muy apreciada calma. Cuando terminen de desayunar en el último piso, antes de subir al elevador, suban por unas escaleras metálicas de caracol, da a un mirador a los alrededores del hotel. El hotel está a pocos metros de la Catedral de Santa María de Fiori y a dos cuadras de la Galería de la Academia. Definitivamente recomendable si ya es pesado caminar a todos los lugares."
