1st Fourth in CA

This was our 4th stay at this property, but the first time we got to stay for the Fourth! It was amazing as usual! Our hosts make it so easy they are wonderful we couldn’t ask for better hosts. That’s why we keep coming back! It was awesome to experience small town celebration would highly recommended to anyone and everyone!

Our family had a wonderful time! The condo is located across the street from the ocean! The view was stunning! Great location, great views

We enjoyed the unit very much. It was very clean and comfortable. The coffee shops, bike rental, shops, restaurants were all within walking distance. The unit is a corner unit giving lots of views and privacy.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Nice views of the ocean and a great location for doing whatever you might want to do. Excellent to walk as far as you like. Easy drive to San Diego, Coronado, Chula Vista, etc.Diane and Gary are the consummate hosts. Excellent communication from start, during and finish. They are always there if you have any issues or a question.It is nice to have an elevator from the garage which aids in moving in and out.We recommend this condo with the highest regard.

Imperial Impressive!

Just spent a wonderful week with my 3 adult children and husband exploring imperial beach and San Diego area. La Jolla for breakfast, Balboa Park in the afternoon and watching the sunset from the fabulous deck of this amazing place.Many quaint places within walking distance.Don't miss out on walking out to the end of the pier! Family Getaway

My wife and I stayed here with our two kids and had a fantastic stay. The owners were very organized and attentive and the condo was beautiful. We really enjoyed having multiple restaurants and the beach within easy walking distance. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property with all of the extra little things and amenities one could ask for. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Great location & unit

The corner unit is located directly across the street from the Imperial Beach pier. The patio overlooks the street, and the awesome mural in the alleyway. The unit was very clean and in excellent condition. The check-in/check-out process was very easy and Diane & Gary were very responsive when I had a question. Thank you for hosting us!

2024 Vacation

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The hosts so helpful, they went the extra mile for sure. Truly made our traveling and stay much nicer. The condo is clean and spacious. The perfect home away from home!

Diane and Gary’s place is by far and away the most beautiful VRBO property we’ve ever stayed at!! The personal touches, spacious accommodations, beautiful indoor / outdoor flow and jaw dropping beach front views made our first trip to San Diego beyond special! We traveled with our 2 young children and their grandma. Everyone had their own room, bathroom and were very comfortable! The wonderful assortment of games and puzzles coupled with YouTube TV was fantastic. And the chef’s kitchen made meal prep, cooking and clean up a breeze! We will definitely be back!! Huge thank you to Diane and Gary for hosting us in their truly one-of-a-kind home!!

Amazing Property and Hosts

We needed a home base for a family trip and this place was perfect. Clean, quiet, spacious. Close to the beach and several restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. Fit 6 adults and 1 kid without feeling cramped. Secure off-street parking was a huge bonus. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Family Get-away

This is our 3 year at imperial beach and 2nd year staying at this property! I can’t say enough great things about this property and the hosts they are amazing! So communicative and kind! This place has every thing you need for the beach and in the house. Full kitchen ready with any cooking utensils you need, with an amazing view! We had 5 adults and a child with us this year and we were all very very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Perfect Getaway

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Much to do nearby, extremely comfortable beds, and the most wonderful balcony view of the ocean. Diane was so helpful with suggestions of places to go/eat - and the property came with ABSOLUTELY everything you might need for a beach vacation. Beautiful beachfront condo

Our family of six stayed at this property for 4 days and three nights. I have nothing but praises of this property and the owners. The condo was well stocked with everything that we needed and then some. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was nice and clean. ** super important to us** The back trifold door was AMAZING. We enjoyed having it open and listening to the beach waves and fresh air. The patio is super comfy. The condo air conditioning was nice to have on at night while we slept and made it very comfortable. The property manager was so kind and helpful, she shared restaurant suggestions, tips and anything I could think of to ask her. Very sweet lady. Great place!

Perfect place for a family. Clean, updated, ocean views, ice cream and beach across the street! Owners were very accommodating and helped us navigate a couple of vacation related hiccups. We appreciated them. VRBO owners don’t get much better than them!
