'Good breakfast but coffee and juices that were part of the breakfast fell short so we ordered those off the menu at an extra cost. The hotel is Conveniently Close to SM mall. Room was small so we upgraded to a large and clean room. Staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a problem with a slow drain in the shower that they improved but it slowed again on our last day there. Overall, a pleasant stay. '

'We got the suite room and when we got into the room there was pool of water on the floor which I almost trip into. I called housekeeping and we waited for awhile for them to clean up. I called the housekeeper whom I saw out outside. He took some pictures.'

'First time staying here and it won't be the last. The hotel is very clean, my room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet is awesome, the pool is fantastic. I wish i had spent some time in the lobby bar. But hands down -- THE STAFF ARE THE BEST! Every single staff member was the most polite, the most friendly, the most helpful, and the most professional out of all the "major" hotels I've stayed at in the city!'
