'Pool is not at the hotel, and water was too cold!'

'My husband is a patient at Sloan Kettering. The hotel is close to this facility. The woman who assisted us with our check in was extremely helpful and considerate. She checked us out the next day and was just as pleasant. I did not get her name but she was on duty Monday evening July 28 and Tuesday morning the 29th. The accessible room was well equipped for my husband to move freely. The shower was very well set up for someone who is disabled. We are returning next week.'

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'Everything was excellent in the hotel property. It was safe and our vehicle was safe the whole time with a parking facility below the building. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are typical of the "My Pillow" in that when I laid my head on it, my head sunk and there was no support. So, if they could offer an alternative pillow, that would be great!'
