'Perfect place to stay! Close to Cedar Point, Rye Beach (private/included with house rental), Lighthouse, and many other great beaches and parks. Property was properly maintained. Comes with everything you need to be comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Only bad thing I could say is SPIDERS! Not fault of property owners. Huge spiders outside living on the beautiful deck. Bring bug spray if visiting during warm months. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone. Cheers!'
