'Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

'The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Bathrooms had TP and showers came with shampoo conditioners and body wash. The outdoor storage closet all everything you could need for a day at the beach. Tons of games to play in the living room. We had a great time. The host was responsive and accommodating. Just a wonderful time and we would book the house again. With a big group you may want some coolers for drinks to free up space in the fridge. '

'We went down for a family getaway. My family rated it in the top of all the homes we have stayed in. And requested that we return. The beach was less than a five minute drive. Fishing was great. Getting grocery and food delivery was good Overall we had a wonderful stay. Great for family gathering .had everything you needed in the kitchen, full equipt home. A great job by the host in responding to any questions. '

'It was pet friendly and super clean. Close to beach access. Elevator was very helpful to have as the steps are very steep. It was a bit complicated to use. '
