« Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

« The condo was clean, very spacious, nicely decorated, and well stocked with all the comforts of home. The linens, beach towels, and beach chairs were all provided which was greatly appreciated and allowed us to save space in our car for the trip. The view from the balcony was perfect with unobstructed sights of the ocean and pool. It was the perfect spot for our morning coffee or evening happy hour. « This was our 4th visit to the island. We love it here. Check-in was so easy and communication was AMAZING! Weather did not cooperate with our plans but plenty to do with the retro video games, board games and stocked kitchen. Close to restaurants and shops. Loved the massage chair and SOFT beds! Easy beach access. Thanks for the hospitality. »
