« The included breakfast was so good and highly recommended. There was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that didn’t work. Also, not sure if it was us, but we couldn’t get the door to lock. However, for the location, cleanliness. We would stay here again. I might recommend a bigger refrigerator since we did have leftovers and they didn’t always fit in the fridge. »

« This was conveniently located 15 minutes from Bar Harbor on the south side of Acadia National Park. The property is an upstairs apartment and is very clean with ample amenities. The best grocery store options are in Ellsworth, so load up there prior to entering Mount Desert island. We enjoyed being apart from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor yet having easy access to Acadia. Your hosts make check in a breeze and are very responsive. « We stayed 2 nights while visiting Acadia. We wanted to be away from the craziness of Bar Harbor… this location satisfied this need. Check in and communication were great. We stayed in room 7. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Only minor issues that I would want others to consider is… 1) proximity to the highway is very close, which is apparent when I look back at the website pics. It wasn’t an issue for me, as I wear earplugs anyway, but I did hear a siren once, as it is that close....

« This property was perfect for our family of five! Comfortable beds and everything was very neat and clean. Would not hesitate to book this place again! It was so helpful to have laundry detergent provided, as well as things like ziplock baggies. It's the little details that makes places so nice to stay in! The only thing to add would be an electric water kettle for the tea drinkers. »

« I could not have asked for a better stay! The house was the perfect setup. Lots of space and super homey. Also walking distance to Hadley point - a locals beach spot. You can also walk to the campground across the street and take the island explorer to town for FREE! Great hospitality. Would love to stay again! »
