« We had a lovely 3 nights at Pier View. Exactly as described and so peaceful and very clean. Didn’t see the owners so didn’t feel like we were imposing. Every amenity possible, and great to be able to do a load of washing after travelling across BC and Alberta for 10 days! Would recommend!! »

« Amazing spot and the visits from both the seals in the cove and Summer the dog next door made it even better. We’ll be back next year. »

« Nicely renovated, well appointed suite with a great view. Listing rightly warns of the long staircase up to the suite. Also could be bothered if guests downstairs are noisy. AC in bedroom is a nice touch. »

The property had a lovely design with quality fittings and was equipped with everything we could wish for. It also had a great restaurant within walking distance at the Dolphin Resort. The information provided in advance and communication was first class. Highly recommended. »

« The place is very clean, and the outdoor setup is fantastic, featuring a covered area with a BBQ and a stunning view of the Campbell River estuary and Quadra Island. A true haven of peace.Carole Anne was very responsive, and her husband even gave us fishing tips. We also appreciated all the thoughtful touches—a bottle of wine, coffee, milk, butter, and chips. »

« Ian and Julie were excellent hosts and the home was amazing and fully equipped. The property well maintained and felt very private. They had great knowledge of the area for walks, hikes etc. »

If you know what to expect at Savary - an off-grid, close-to-nature island - their cabin is perfect for families with young kids or groups of adults looking for fun in the sun. Every detail of their home was carefully thought out and they attended to our family-specific requests perfectly. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for more! We will definitely be back. »

« The place is even better than advertised. It's location is close to many great amenities on Cortes, including fairly close to the ferry, the grocery and a nice, dockside restaurant. Sue was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, always highly responsive. Really, this place is so great I'd like to keep it a secret so we can easily book for years to come. "Our stay was awesome! The Villa is great. The hosts have made everything so that we were comfortable in every room, even on the private terrace or on the private beach. We enjoyed everything. We saw many eagles, a dear, a rabbit. Also, ou 12 years old son and I used the kayaks available on the beach, and a curious seal came 1 meter close to my son! That was amazing. We went for great hiking in the parks close to the Villa. We also went for a whale watching tour with Big Animals Encounters… we saw 9 humpback whales, many seals, sea lions, dolphins, … and 8 orcas! The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The spa worked perfectly. I highly recommend this place!"
