'The staff members were really nice and trying their best given the resources they had. They were young inexperienced in their 20s trying to run the hotel. I ended up giving them some pointers on operations and showing them how to fix the AC. They will do well once the island is completely open up. There were only two small boutique hotels opened with just 12 guests total at the time on the entire island and the only reservation only restaurant didn't open until the next day we were there. ...

Complementary foot massage, free airport shuttle bus service, complementary 2 round-trip cable car tickets per room, along with free water park admission for all staying guests. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. One downside, the Times Corner Sky Bar - Rooftop. Which is next door. They play music until 12 Midnight, and it can get quite loud. Especially if you’re staying in a room on the left side of the hotel....

The view was amazing—an ideal spot for watching fireworks and festival activities. We really enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the restaurant’s setting. 'Beautiful spacious and clean room with modern furnishings. Amazing location, walkable to everything in sunset town. Having the ocean view room with the balcony, where we can see the fireworks everynight was a winner. The pool at the top of the building gave us an amazing view of the whole town. One of the best places that we've stayed in. Highly recommend. '

'Clean, delicate and spacious apartment with a great view (firework and Kiss Bridge). Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, also with traditional Vietnamese food. Frequently used the gym as well, so that was a lovely bonus. They even picked us up from our first hotel stay on the island and drove us to the airport when we were leaving.
