'Basic hotel, rooms have great views but most things seemingly done on the cheqp and falling apart (our back gate fell off its hinges and plunge pool drained on its own) Lots of stray dogs (harmless) and good for fishing off the rocks. Cannot swim in the sea'

'Nice location on a quiet area. Clean rooms and very friendly service- the lady didn't speak much English buy found a translator on the phone and was super friendly and helpful anyway! Recommend for families!'

'We love Charlie's, we feel at home here. The staff is so friendly & willing to help. We had our bathing suits draped on the porch to dry & they had set up a drying rack for us without us asking which was so nice! The property is so clean & manicured. The room is clean. The only thing missing are hooks to hang the towels, maybe also more shelves. '

'Het hotel is redelijk dicht bij het centrum van Pattaya gelegen. Helaas liet de netheid van de kamer te wensen over. De hotelmanager liet weten dat de kamer (s) gerenoveerd worden. Ook het schoonmaken vzn de kamer kon beter.'

'Guatds of garage not polite. I want to park my car and they didn't let me despite I had booked a room. On another reservation they didn't allow me to use the elevator, they told me to use the stairs ( 3 parts) to check-in. The receptions were also very strict. Next time I will look for other options around, as there are plenty.'
