« This was a perfectly peaceful and relaxing stay. The host thought of everything! The lapping water on the lake was a soothing background night and day. There is a road nearby, but the traffic is so minimal that it doesn’t take away from the experience at all. We packed a cooler because there’s not much nearby for restaurants, but that was fine because we didn’t have much desire to go anywhere. « There is little to do onsite, as the property lacks a pool or a community area. No grill at the cabin, which would have been a gamechanger with respect to food options. The cabin itself was clean, good climate control, quiet, and comfortable. »

« My wife and I felt very lucky to have found The Miners Den which is a very new creation of a great proprietor who really cares about your experience.The hand built cabin is gently fitted to the landscape of balsam firs and hardwoods with a light touch.It reminded me of the few small cabins in the White Mountains you find along the trails.Everything you need less food is provided.For a couple in their sixties with a friendly dog we will be excited to get back there and see what’s happening.Oh...
