'The Shipyard Angra was an amazing place to stay and explore the island of Terceira from. There is a spacious garage underneath the hotel where we parked our rental car. The room was amazing, they upgraded us from a studio to an apartment, so nice! Spacious, with sitting area, a kitchen and a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed and automatic curtains. There were robes in the bathroom and rituals soap. The staff was very nice and helped us arrange a whale watching tour. Breakfast was delicious...

'Perfectly located in downtown area within minutes of walking to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff who are accommodating and go above and beyond. Breakfast options were great too. Being able to reserve a parking spot was a plus since we had a car. '

'My cousin & I chose this hotel as a base camp for hiking on Terceira because of its close location to Monte Brasil, the harbour & lots of restaurants. All the staff were very kind, thoughtful & helpful. We were checked in by Fluberto, who gave us good advice for our 1st hike & Lisandra connected us with an amazing taxi driver (Vasco) who was bilingual, and assisted us with our late check out request. Cucina ben fornita. Molte ragnatele ma essendo in una foresta di banane è normale; credo basterebbe poco toglierne alcune tutti i giorni. Almeno in cucina. Comunque consigliatissimo per una vacanza spartana e dove trovare nuovi amici.'
