'Mandarin nest was such a great place to stay in Boracay! The staff were always pleasant and there to help with anything you need. They organized our transfer to and from the airport which was extremely convenient. They even carried our heavy luggage across the sand to the hotel for us (we felt so bad…) but they were happy to assist even when we wanted to help. The hotel itself is in prime location on the beach in a perfect spot to explore. There are dedicated beach chairs you can use. We did not...

'The worst of the worst customer service from the time we were checking in. We were the first at check-in counter as we arrived at the hotel at around 8 AM. We understand check-in time is 3PM so we patiently waited. However, we noticed they have been letting in everyone that came in to the check-in counter so we tried to follow up multiple times. They’ve been telling us no available room yet which is hard to believe because everybody that came in from 9AM till 2:55PM got in except for us....

'The hotel is new so that great. Rooms nice. People working at hotel very nice. My only comment would be don’t say ma’am to many times. I know they are being polite but once is enough always. Just a constructive comment. The hotel is very clean and they are meticulously cleaning constantly. It’s a good location too because it’s in station zero away from all the crowded areas so relaxing to be away from it. Thx for my stay.'

'The place is on point with SERVICE even the Philippine Airlines. I could be have a rough day and the staff from both place just made it better with a simple hello, good morning and the pleasantries though out the day! The fact that it’s in station 1 makes it even better when you come back to a relaxing place! The staff well let’s just say it’s all about you ask MAR and the rest of the staff Mar made my stay happier than I thought it was going to be by just greeting me every day!'
