'Would gladly book again. Upgrading to a room with a balcony overlooking the Bay was too expensive but it was a special occasion, so I paid it. The upgrade would be a lot cheaper, most likely, it I had done in it advance. The desk clerk allowed us to check in early because the room was clean and ready. This was very kind and not usually offer in any case at hotels and motels. It made it easier when we came back later in the afternoon and went directly to the room. Thanks!'

'Overall, the hotel was clean. Our room was clean as well. The staff were polite and friendly. There was no fan/vent in our bathroom. Our room is right next to a bar. There was so much noise coming from the bar at night thus, making it difficult for us to sleep. The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast (ordered from the menu not buffet) was really good. If you stay at the Hilton in Kent Island, please avoid room 107 or asked for a discounted rate if you don't mind the noise'

'very clean room. All the basic items you need from a budget motel. I admit on the outside the motel looks a bit rough, but inside the rooms where it really matters, it was clean, well organized, and comfortable. I would stay here again, if I was looking for a cheap accommodation in the Annapolis area. Despite being right next to a busy state highway, it was very quiet and conveniently located to a couple of local restaurants and a convenience store.'

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'
