'Super Condo exactly as shown in pictures. Excellent location as close to beach and many restaurants and the free parking was a huge plus. Communication from Niko was perfect as we arrived late at night. Super quiet air conditioner and the beach chairs and umbrella was very much appreciated. Highly recommend this condo. 'Pictures looked better than reality. Parking is a nightmare, $45 a night for some garage that a guy unaffiliated with the hotel owns. Otherwise you have to try to find parking that you need to move your car before 6 am on the street. The host was way too pushy, needs to relax and look into upgrading his apartment/suite. Towels were gross, we cleaned them before leaving. All in all, it sufficed for what we needed but I would not book here again, nor would I have booked this in the first place if...

'Room was wonderfully clean and decorated. Felt chic and homey and beachy. The host was tremendous with the amenities. Place included everything needed for the perfect Hawaiian beach day. The only downside was that the night club/ Hula dancing below is quite loud at night. As long as you can sleep through that or that is your scene, it's just perfect.
