'I was in love with this hotel the first time and subsequently stayed 2 more times for a total of 4 nights. My first room was a corner Japanese style room with lake view. I haven’t seen a more fully staffed hotel, it even has 2 parking staff directing traffic for 30 lots. The hotel has facilities like onsen, laundry, and a convenience store. '駐車場は立体収納で、16時〜翌10時までが1,100円。それ以降は30分ごとに料金が発生します。 滞在時間を延長しましたが、快く出庫手続きをしてくださいました。 電気ケトルが壊れておりお湯が沸きませんでしたので、置き手紙だけして退室しました。 夕食は選べる定食、朝食もバイキング、どちらも無料です。 小さいですが、温泉にも入れます。 安価でこれだけサービスが揃っているので、十分だと思います。'

'Across the street from the train station, deteriorating surfaces throughout the hallways, the elevators and the rooms! That being said, with the exceptional friendliness of the staff at check-in, the phenomenal breakfast and dinner, for free, as well as the service displayed by taking my baggage up to the room and leaving a smiley note was exceptional!! I believe for being a Solo Traveler and just stand for one night, I can put up with a lot of minutiae, for the low price for the accommodation...
