"3HB is a relatively new hotel located in the heart of Faro. The reception area is nicely decorated and radiates tranquility. Checking in was quick and professional. Our room was located on the 3rd floor. You only see the roofs of surrounding buildings. Rooms are spacious, a free minibar (water and cola), Nespresso machine. Daily replenishment. Safe, sofa, desk, Marshall radio, 7 USB charging points, MB soap/shampoo/body lotion, rain shower, toilet (incl sprayer), towels, amenity kit, hair blower, shaving mirror, bathrobes and slippers. Sleep service is provided and there is a choice of different light settings for the room / bathroom. (night light). Also, net curtains and blackout curtains. On the balcony two wooden chairs. "THERE WAS A VERY BAD SMELL COMING IN THE ROOM FROM DAY 1, WE COMPLAINED EVERYDAY BUT THEY CAME DID SOMEHTING AND WENT BUT THE SMELL WAS STILL COMING AFTER A FEW HOURS AND IT WAS A VERY STORNG BAD SMELL. THE LAST DAY WE CALLED MR.PEDRO DUTY MANAGER HE CAME HIM SELF AND HE SMELLED AND HE SAID THAT HE COULD NOT BARE THAT SMELL EITHER. THEY SHOULD HAVE CHNEGED OUR ROOMS FROM DAY 1 BUT THEY DID NOT DO IT. LAST DAY THEY TOLD US TO CHANGE IN THE EVENING BUT BY THAT TIME THERE WAS NO PONT AS WE WERE LEAVING THE NEXT DAY. THEY GAVE US 2 NIGHTS FREE CUPON BUT WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS AS THEY GAVE US FOR THE SAME PLACE AS A PROOF WE TOOK THE CUPON. THEY ARE IN FAULT VERY BAD EXPERINCE WE HAD ."
