'Cet hôtel devrait etre retiré de toutes les plateformes de réservation en ligne. En effet, l'hôtel est géré par un escroc connu dans toute l'île qui pratique volontairement l'overbooking et n'honore pas les réservations même payées d'avance. Je me suis présentée sur place et l'hôtel a nié l'existence de ma réservation et lorsque je leur ai présenté la preuve du paiement ils m'ont fait tourner en rond pendant 3h en faisant mine d'appeler leur gestionnaire des réservations, en me faisant...
