I rated this as excellent because even though it older and there were a few flaws (tear in the carpet) it was clean and the staff were excellent. Very nice people who are eager to make your stay great. Excellent location. Went for a weekend concert and the walk was very close. 'The staff is polite and helpful. The room was nice, had sand on the floor from a previous patron. But otherwise fine. The bathroom was clean. The linens were clean. The pool was OK. Cloudy water. But otherwise OK. '

'Room was clean, no issues, staff came by with fresh towels when we needed them. Parking is super easy. Steps to the beach. Easy access to boardwalk and concerts. Staff made sure no one smoked on walk ways/balconies since its a shared walkway. Its nice not stinking from smokers when coming and going from your room. Much appreciated '

'De kamers waren in orde. Koelkastje en eigenlijk alles wat hè nodig hebt. Het pand zelf ziet er beetje verwaarloosd uit. De reling van het balkon is hier en daar kapot, niet geheel veilig. Het ontbijt is naar onze Europese begrippen erg matig. De ijsblokjes machine deed het wel maar zag er vies uit. '
