'Lovely grounds. Our cottage was very clean - big surprise for pet friendly. Our Lab puppy very much enjoyed his stay. Easy access to our daughter’s college in Newport for her choral performances. Staff was friendly helpful and accommodated our 45 minute early arrival. '

We came for a short trip for a wedding, but would love to be back for a longer stay on the property and explore more. 10/10 recommend!! '

'Property is located in a great spot. There are plenty of actives to do walking distance. When you need them, the grocery store and restaurants are 10-15 min drive. Great place for a family get away. The host was very responsive to my questions. 10/10 would use again. '

'All brand-new appliances, impeccably clean! Close to the beach. One level and no stairs which is great for the older folks! Beautiful rooms, bathrooms, floors! Not a very large house, but very cozy. I would say it sleeps 3 couples if sharing a room, or 3-4 people if not sharing (couch adds one). Nothing bad to say. Would rent again!'
