Villa's in Cockspur Island

'The property is large and nicely appointed. Beautiful courtyard with a very nice pool. Easy walk to Caligny Beach, shops and restaurants. Parking was always available and the unit and the complex were very quiet.Property would have gotten rave reviews but the unit needs some minor work. Needs a good thorough cleaning. Floors left our socks or feet dirty. Lightbulbs are cheap - make sure they all work and match throughout the unit. Repair the ice makerThis being said we would stay here...

'The condo was spotless. The communication with the owners Chad and Ingrid was perfect. Any questions that might had were answered immediately. The condo had a plenty of coffee pods for the keuring. There weee plenty of towels and beach towels. Beach chairs and a wagon to pull the chairs in. The best part was the beach was just across the street. You are central to the supermarket and tons of shopping and restaurants. Couldn’t ask for a better spot!!'

'It was not what we were expecting. The properties grounds were not kept. Only one working elevator for four buildings. Unit itself needs TLC. Floor had a hole, couch busted, bunk bed broken and tub did not drain properly.'

'Would definitely stay again. Great location. Good amount of space for our family.'

'Great location to the beach and multiple pools on the property to choose from. The bike path being right outside the property was nice too.'

'An awesome time was had! Karen was an exceptional host! She went above and beyond to make sure the experience was positive. The villa was beautiful. Nice and clean with plenty of amenities! I will definitely stay here again in the near future.'

'The location was reasonably priced and house was clean. However, we hated the fact we could not flush toilet paper in toilet!! 😒We had to put the tissue in the trash and take it outside to depose of it!! Such a big inconvenience'

'Great condo in Hilton Head. Clean with all the amenities!'
