'Great location and even better staff! We had been traveling for two weeks and had the best night sleep of everywhere we had stayed. Clean room, clean shower, plenty of towels, and cold fridge. We'll be back!'

'When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been.
When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

'De kamers zijn allemaal anders.en standaar dus niks mee. Personeel is aardig alleen in de avond niet meer aanwezig en dan gaat het mis. Er is niemand om de hard praten dronkenlui te corrigeren. Jammer maar helaas'

'Check in staff very friendly. Nice to have a parking spot but very difficult to find one available and enough room to park. Pool looked nice. Grounds and building need a lot of work. Very run down. Room seemed clean. Hair dry was not mounted on the wall and difficult to use it with box hanging off cord. Nice location to shops and restaurants. Need higher quality towels. Way too thin. Could be a nice place but elevators, hallways were very dirty'

'Staff was nice, but the room smelt like mildew, there were burn holes on the sheets, and right before we were about to go to bed we found a ROACH on the pillow. We checked out in the middle of the night and went to a hotel instead.
The stairs also were easy to trip on as the metal pieces on the edges of them were peeling up... Never coming back here'
