We had a dog friendly room on the ground floor which had a patio door accessing a lovely grassed area for the dogs to play. Our only critique would be the scent in the room which we found slightly overpowering. We loved the local Canoe Point off leash dog beach and were so impressed by the surrounding amenities. 'The carpet was stained, The TV was hard to work. There is not enough power points and I did not realise that the fridge was not plugged in anywhere. The front office staff were the only ones I saw and they were excellent.'

'The accommodation was very clean which is important to me. Helpful check in. I liked the fact it was a key code to enter the room & not a physical key.'

'We waren in dit hotel met kerstmis 2014. De foto (op basis waarvan we o.a. dit hotel kozen) komt helemaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. De foto toont het drank depot (winkel) het hotel is een modern flatgebouw. GEEN van de restaurants was open. Er was GEEN huishoudelijke dienst, dus geen nieuwe handdoeken, zeep, toiletpapier en dergelijke. Vooraf een melding voor deze ongemakken zou prettig geweest zijn. Een zware tegenvaller voor zo'n dure overnachting'
