« Convenient with easy, safe parking. Helpful staff. Hotel and rooms were clean (except for the hot tub was closed for cleaning/maintenance) Comfortable beds. Good breakfast with options. »

« This place is a dump. It's old and it's dirty. The rooms were dirty and I don't even think it was cleaned before we arrived as there was a bag of chips and some headphones in the drawer. There were several burn marks on the bedding, no window screens, filthy toilet (with poop splatter) and bathroom was dirty. The smell alone was horrible like someone smoked in there for 30 years. Definitely no.place to bring your family. »

« Checked in Crazy late. Like 1am late and the front desk guy was friendly and compassionatate and empathetic and helpful. And breakfast was a godsend. »

« I went to the snack bar and bought some fruit gummies when I opened the packed they were spoiled I took them downstairs and the staff did nothing to help they said it was a third party! I was very upset but that wasn’t even the horrible part I went to bed late with my Jammies on when I woke up and flipped the blankets I seen there was poop (dry) on my sheets! I told the staff the guy with a long ponytail and very tall laughed at me when I said that I even took a picture and showed him! They did...

« ALL staff friendly and helpful, very clean, very convenient location, very fast service on shuttle to airport. Also enjoyed conversation, short as it was, with shuttle drivers. »

« Beautiful large room with lovely bathroom and outstanding shower. A little coffee machine in the room made great espresso. Excellent cocktail bars (2!), coffee shop next door and great downtown location. All this for a superb value. Couldn't ask for more. This is a real review :) »

« Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »

« Front desk staff professional & helpful. We asked for a room on the top floor and they did so with no hesitation. The bed was really comfortable and we were elated that it was super quiet throughout the night. We’ll stay here again if we are ever through Boise again. »
