'Plenty and easy parking. When I entered the bar, I was confronted with Theakstone's on draught, real ale, which is one of my all time favourites (only temporarily available) so I knew that my stay was going to be excellent. Nice food, very friendly staff and nice breakfast. It was my first stay, but hopefully not my last. My routing when travelling in the UK varies, but I hope I can include the Forest Lodge in my future travel plans. It would be worth driving a bit extra to arrive here. '

'A beautiful bungalow in the quiet village of Walesby. Lovely clean and tidy, well presented place was just what we wanted during our stay in this lovely village. Communication with the landlord was excellent with all our questions answered promptly. There was even a special surprise waiting for us upon our arrival. 'Pleasantly surprised at how large the room was. While there are a few areas of wear and tear, I found the room to be comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable and even thought this location doesn’t have airco, they do have a fan in room. While small, the fan was sufficient to keep it cool enough for a good nights sleep. We would definitely return to this location, if needed, in the future. No info about breakfast because we didn’t need it but you are conveniently next to a service area so...

'Het is een net hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel,er is voldoende gelegenheid om te parkeren,(gratis). Er zijn zelfs een aantal overdekte parkeerplaatsen. Het hotel ligt aan een grote weg maar daar heb je weinig tot geen last van. Er is ook gratis wifi,deze werkt uitstekend. De kamer ziet er netjes en verzord uit,en het hotel is ongeveer anderhalf jaar geleden volledig opgeknapt. Elk gedeelte van het hotel heeft een eigen keuken die van alle gemakken is voorzien. '
