Que du bonheur
Maison exceptionnelle par son emplacement, son équipement, son calme et surtout sa vue !!! Accueil très sympathique de CARMEN qui est venue nous chercher car perdu dans la campagne. On a eu la surprise d'avoir des fruits,eau, , café et tout ce qu'il fallait pour le petit déjeuner. La maison n'a pas de vis à vis on est vraiment chez soi. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Tout était très propre et super équipé. Une supérette restaurant (la paélla du dimanche est une tuerie) est à 10 mn en voiture. L'aéroport et plages à peine 20 mn. Tout était parfait c'est la 8 ème maison que je loue sur les Baléares et c'est la plus complète. Je suis très exigeant !!! Encore merci à la gentillesse de Carmen.

Maison de vancances adorable !
Nous avons passé 9 jours en famille dans cette charmante maison. L'emplacement est idéal, au calme mais en même temps très accessible aux belles plages et aux commerces. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons été très heureux de les rencontrer. La terrasse et la piscine sont un must ! De belles promenades dans les environs. Bref, à recommander vivement.

Un petit paradis simple
Un acceuil incroyable de la part de carmen, merci pour les petites boissons d acceuil ;) La maison est simple mais bien equipée, parfait pour des vacances entre amis avec les 2 salles de bains. On a meme pu faire un feu dans la cheminé le soir.. L exterieur est super, entre la piscine, les transats et le barbecue, un petit paradis.. L emplacement de la maison est dans un coin preservé de l ile et tres calme.. Encore merci pour l acceuil carmen

Een geweldig verblijf
Het huis is fantastisch gelegen, weg van alle drukte en in de natuur. Het is mooi ingericht en voorzien van alle comfort. Er is veel privacy en van op het terras kan je de zee zien. De kinderen waren er dol op en hadden een leuke tijd. De gastvrouw Carmen is heel aangenaam en vlot en ze had de eerste dag allerlei drank en voeding voor ons voorzien. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

The perfect retreat!
A superb, spacious & beautifully presented villa with pool. As a family of 6 (4 adults, 2 children) our family get away for 10 nights was a perfect retreat. The villa owner, Carmen, is so kind & very responsive to her guests needs. She is certainly a ‘hostess with the mostess’. She provided us with exceptional service and accommodation. On arrival Carmen greeted us & provided us with essentials to get us through until we visited a supermarket. The villa was spotlessly clean throughout and very spacious with two newly fitted shower rooms and a well equipped fitted kitchen. The outside space was a delight. With plenty of space to enjoy dining or reading a book, not to mention the fantastic sized pool for everyone to enjoy. We would recommend hiring a car as it’s not always easy getting a taxi in peak season and allows you the freedom to explore the beautiful island at ones own leisure. The Villa is ideally within 15 minutes travel by car from the airport & a nearby local supermarket can be reached via foot or short drive for essentials with a cafe/ bistro beside it & Tapas restaurant a little further along. As a final comment, our overall stay is a 5*+ for the Villa and Carmen. We’ll be sure to recommend and return.

Unser Sommerurlaub war wunderschön. Das war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte alles was wir brauchten, von Föhn bis Kaffeemaschine war alles vor Ort, sogar eine Klimaanlage. Liegen und Auflagen, es war alles sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war super nett uns freundlich. Für uns ein traumhafter Urlaub. Wir haben viel Zeit auf der Terrasse und im Pool verbracht. Und möchten gern wieder kommen. Danke, für den schönen Urlaub!

Off the beaten track - a lovely, tranquil spot in Ibiza
This property is great for a family or couples travelling together. It is near Es Cubells in the hills and has a stunning view from the main level. The host, Carmen is marvellous! Great communication before, during and at the end of our stay. Everything in the villa worked well, some welcome items and lovely sweets homemade by Carmen and her Mum were so appreciated. A car is recommended to get the most out of exploring the island and local area. A 15-20 minute drive from the airport. A close drive to shops, bars and restaurants but some within a short walk. Away from the rush, number of tourists and volume of Ibiza Town and San Antony de Portmany but a short drive to either. Lovely pool and outdoor amenities. We really enjoyed a local restaurant, Finca 55 - about a 20 minute walk down a pathway to avoid walking the main road. A great vibe there and wonderful service. A small grocery shop is less than 10 minutes walk. If you are into an all-inclusive vibe this isn't for you. If you want to chill, have some great times with friends and family, have options to cook your own meals and have some privacy from the party scene this is the place. Thank you, Carmen, we had a splendid time and would love to return.

Amazing villa
This is one of the nicest VRBO rentals we’ve experienced. The villa is clean, well equipped and situated in a lovely quiet hillside location, yet close to a beautiful seaside restaurant, hiking paths and groceries. Carmen was absolutely lovely and communication swift and easy.

Relaxing Easter break
Great well equipped villa in a peaceful location in the hills. The perfect place to recharge your batteries. Lot's of beautiful beaches within easy reach. Carmen was a super friendly host and we really appreciated the extra little touches like leaving a few goodies in the kitchen to get us started especially as we arrived so late at night.

We had an amazing time in Carmens Villa. She is a very kind host and takes care about every wish of her guests. The Villa is well equipped and clean in the hills of Es cubells. Very central to reach the Hotspots of the islands in this area, e.g. Es Vedra, Cala Tarida, Cala Jondal just to name a few. 100% recommendation, we will come back!

Una villa meravigliosa, una host stupenda!!!
Abbiamo passato giorni stupendi in questa villa. Tutto era perfetto e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Piscina e giardino curatissimi, casa ampia e bellissima, tutto a disposizione, compresi asciugacapelli e diffusore in ognuno dei due bagni. Carmen e meravigliosa, attenta, disponibilissima sempre discreta ma presente ci ha fatto trovare bibite fresche e frutta alla arrivo e ci ha regalato una torta buonissima per la merenda. Un sogno!!grazie Carmen speriamo di tornare presto!!!!!

Je perfecte getaway in het Zuiden van Ibiza
We hebben een week verbleven met 4 personen en een baby, Carmen was zeer communicatief en hielp ons met al onze vragen voor, tijdens en na ons verblijf. Ook alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig om een geweldige vakantie met baby te beleven zonder enige kopzorgen. Een absolute aanrader voor een verblijf in alle rust, met alle voorzieningen en een geweldig uitzicht over Ibiza. Carmen's tips voor lunch en evenementen waren ook stuk voor stuk de beste.

Mejor imposible
La casa es increíble. Muy limpia y cuidada. Carmen, la dueña, te trata fenomenal. Lo que necesites, te ayuda. Tuve el detalle de dejarnos cosas en la nevera y para poder cenar (fruta, pan, mermeladas,...) ya que nuestro vuelo aterrizaba tarde y no teníamos opción de comprar para cenar. Repetiremos sin duda.

Hidden Gem!
We had the most amazing stay in Carmen's home. It exceeded our expectations and was just perfect in every way! The location is ideal for daily sunsets at Cala Hort or Cala Comte and very peaceful in the hills and away from any major roads. The home is complete with everything you will need and Carmen was very hospitable and super helpful. We also got to meet Pepina who is Carmens lovely mother, she was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed and even brought us some home made cakes! I can't recommend enough and we will be back!! Gracias Carmen

Grosser Pool, Waschgelegenheit, Klimaanlage ( die Tiptop funktioniert), offene Küche, sehr schöne Bäder, Supernette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin ( Carmen). Für uns DIE Ansprechspartnerin wenn wir wieder nach Ibiza fliegen. In 15min am Flughafen oder 20min am Playa d'en Bossa.
